THE DETAILS
Driven by giving a great guest experience, and helping the team hit sales and service goals, our Support Staff is the backbone of our salon company.
Main performance expectations include:
Happy and outgoing personality a must.
Planning each day to have a happy and successful day, and team, by hitting goals.
Striving to always give a consistent and amazing guest experience.
Proper checking in and out of guests.
Proper cash handling- Opening and closing the drawer.
Making service, future reservation and retail offerings to our guests.
Closing sales offerings.
Managing all appointment reservations.
Guest communication including- Emails, SMS and phone calls.
Proper offering and serving of wine and beer to our guests 21 and older.
Communication with staff, manager and owner regarding any guest issues that arise.
Key holder.
Some light cleaning and sanitation.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have at least one year of sales or reception experience.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills- Both written and verbal.
Fast learner.
Able to work under pressure.
Must have reliable transportation.
Flexible Schedule.
Available on days, evenings and weekends.

Compensation
Starting Pay: $14.75/hr
