To help us get a jump on designing the perfect experience for you, we ask that you take a few moments to fill out the form below. Although we always provide a thorough consultation, we know that in the moment you may forget to let us know something that is really important for you. Additionally, this information will help your stylist start thinking about your possible looks BEFORE you get to the salon! Once you have filled out the form click on “submit” and it will be emailed to our support staff who will share it with your reserved stylist.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, but we understand that sometimes life gets in the way! If you need to cancel we are happy to reschedule at your earliest convenience. We do require a 24 hour notice for cancellations; so please call us as soon as is possible if you need to change or cancel your reserved time.
