Soon your service provider will come to get you and will walk you through our thorough consultation process. We will plan out, not just your first visit, but a long term plan to ensure all of your goals are met.
Your hair or natural nail service will be completed in our spacious, clean and modern salon by your friendly and caring service provider.
We’ll wrap up your visit by sharing our recommendations for at-home care, so you can get the same results at home, and set you up with reserving your next appointment.
We recommend that you reserve your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to guarantee your ideal date and time. Group and Bridal reservations should be made a minimum of 4 to 6 months in advance.
While we do our best to have all appointments run on time, there will be times when a preceding client treatment may exceed its scheduled duration and put us behind schedule. We will make every effort to keep you from waiting.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required and appreciated if you are unable to keep your appointment. Guests who no- show, or repeatedly cancel an appointment late, may be required to make a non-refundable deposit to reserve advanced appointments. (Bridal and nail parties please refer to your contract for cancellation policies and fees)
We understand that there are times when you may be running late. Please give us a call if you will be more than 10 minutes late so we can arrange the schedule for your Service and the Services for those scheduled after your appointment. If you are more then 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure your service provider has enough time to give your services proper attention.
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
A credit card number is required to reserve wedding services and / or three or more spa services. In the event you are unable to keep your appointments please refer to your contract for cancellation fees.
Medications or Skin Sensitivity
If you are on any medications that may cause skin sensitivity and/or if you have had an allergic reaction to previous treatments, services or products, you must disclose this information prior to your appointment. Under these circumstances, it is best to consult with a physician before scheduling this service and we reserve the right to refuse service.
In our salon, for your peace of mind and that of other guests, please bring children to the salon ONLY if they have an appointment. All children must be attended at all time for safety.
All products are 100% guaranteed within 30 days of purchase as long as there is more than 50% of the product remaining. A receipt is required for all returns. If you do not have a receipt you will receive a product credit towards a new purchase.
If your service does not meet your expectations for any reason, return within 7 days and your same stylist will perform services necessary to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. We cannot, however, perform any correction(s) if the client chooses to visit another salon before allowing us to correct the problem. Please note, however, that chemical services will be guaranteed ONLY when products recommended by salon professionals and purchased at our salon are used for the care of your hair
