Scheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at minimum of 24 hours’ notice. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments and is securely kept on file. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file. Bridal and nail parties: Please refer to your contract for specific cancellation policies and fees. By reserving an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Running Late
We value your time and strive to stay on schedule for all clients. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please give us a call so we can adjust accordingly. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure proper service time and avoid disruption to other guests.
Payments Accepted
We accept cash and all major credit cards. A valid and secure credit card on file is required for all reservations.
Medications or Skin Sensitivity
Your safety is our priority! If you are using medications that may cause skin sensitivity or have had allergic reactions to past treatments, services, or products: Please inform us prior to your appointment. In certain cases, we may require a doctor’s approval before proceeding with a service. We reserve the right to decline services if there is a potential risk to your health
Children in the Salon
For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that children only visit the salon if they have an appointment. All children must be supervised at all times for their safety and the relaxation of others.
Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 100% guarantee within 30 days of purchase, provided that: At least 75% of the product remains. A receipt is presented at the time of return. If you do not have a receipt, a product credit will be issued toward a future purchase. We do not offer returns on tools or brushes
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your happiness with our services is important to us! If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days, and we will schedule an adjustment with your original stylist to ensure your satisfaction. We do not offer refunds on services that have already been performed. However, we are happy to work with you to make adjustments if needed. Chemical services are only guaranteed when you use the professional products recommended by our stylists and purchased from our salon. We are unable to perform corrections if you have visited another salon before allowing us to adjust the service.

We offer a full range of hair services including haircuts, Balayage, highlights, color retouch, all-over color, perms, smoothing treatments, and special occasion styling. Blowouts, updos, and bridal hair are also available.
Do you offer nail services?
Yes, we offer a full menu of manicures and pedicures. Options include Shellac, Signature, Spa, CBD, and Petite services for guests under 12, plus enhancements like nail art, paraffin treatments, and French polish.
Does Yacht Club Salon offer waxing and brow services?
Yes, we offer facial waxing and brow services including Brow Sculpting, Brow Tinting, Lip Wax, Chin Wax, and Full Face Wax. Brow Sculpting and Tint is also available as a combined service.
Do you offer reflexology services?
Yes, we offer both foot and hand reflexology. Sessions start with a soak and use focused pressure techniques that most guests find deeply relaxing and therapeutic. Enhancements like aromatherapy and paraffin treatments are also available.
Do you offer bridal and special occasion services?
Yes, we offer full bridal and special occasion packages including bridal hair styling from $140, updos and wedding party styling from $75, and bridal makeup application from $90. Prom pricing is also available.

What should I expect on my first visit to Yacht Club Salon?
Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete a new guest form and receive a salon tour. Your stylist will walk you through a thorough consultation, and we'll wrap up with at-home care recommendations and your next appointment. A beverage menu—including wine, beer, and cider—is also available.
How much do haircuts and color services cost?
Haircuts start from $41 for a classic short cut, and color services range from $69 for a color retouch to $175 for Balayage or Ombre. Corrective color is priced upon consultation starting at $118 per hour. All prices are starting rates.
